Content License

1. Your inputs

You keep all rights in the content you provide (your experience, job descriptions you paste, files you upload). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the service to you — generating your resume, cover letter, visuals, analyses and practice materials. We do not use your inputs to train AI models.

2. Your outputs

You own the resume, cover-letter, visual and practice outputs you generate from your own inputs, and you may use them freely for your personal job search, including printing, downloading and sending them to employers. You are responsible for their accuracy and truthfulness.

3. Our templates and software

The Shortlist templates, layouts, design system, software and brand are owned by ANS CARE SOLUTIONS LIMITED and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use them to create your own job-search materials. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or present the templates or the service as your own product or service.

4. Generated visuals and third-party rights

Do not upload or incorporate logos, brand names, imagery, or other material you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for ensuring your outputs do not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve the service without obligation to you.
