Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shortlist sells recurring digital subscriptions. This policy explains how to cancel, when refunds apply, and your statutory rights.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal linked in your receipt email, or by contacting support@anscareuk.shop. When you cancel, your plan stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
2. Refunds
- Subscriptions are billed in advance in US dollars. Monthly allowances reset each cycle and do not roll over.
- We do not refund the unused portion of the current billing period or unused monthly allowance, except where required by law.
- If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access the service due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
3. Statutory rights (consumers)
Digital services begin immediately when you start using the tools. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, you acknowledge that by starting to use the service during any cancellation period you may lose that right once the service has been fully provided. This does not affect your other legal rights, including where a service is not as described.
4. Free plan
The Warm-up plan is free; there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it at any time.
5. Quality issues with generated content
If a generated resume, visual or analysis does not meet your expectations, regenerate it or adjust your inputs first. Because outputs depend on the information you provide, dissatisfaction with a draft is not by itself grounds for a refund, but we are happy to help you get a better result.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — most issues are resolved quickly. Disputes are handled in line with Stripe's processes.
