How do I cancel my subscription?+

Open the Stripe billing portal from the link in your receipt email, or contact us and we'll help. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?+

Because plans are month-to-month digital subscriptions, we do not refund unused allowance for the current period, but you can cancel to stop future charges. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full detail, including your statutory rights.

Do you guarantee I'll get an interview or job?+

No. Shortlist is a creation and practice tool. We help you present your real experience well and rehearse, but we do not place candidates and cannot guarantee outcomes.

How is my resume data stored and can I delete it?+

We process your inputs and results under our Privacy Policy (UK GDPR + CCPA). Uploaded content is cached and cleared after 30 days by default, and you can request export or deletion anytime at support@anscareuk.shop.

Do you use my content to train AI models?+

No. We do not use your inputs or generated results to train AI models.

The tool didn't generate what I expected — what now?+

Try adding more detail to your experience and pasting the job description for a sharper result, or regenerate with a different tone. If something looks wrong, contact us with the details.
